TAX INCREMENT FINANCING RESOURCES
DCI is Colorado’s trusted partner in supporting communities, districts, and Urban Renewal Authorities (URAs) that use Tax Increment Financing (TIF) as a tool for redevelopment and reinvestment. Our services are designed to strengthen your projects, connect you with peers, and build capacity for boards, staff, and local leaders. Whether you are new to TIF or managing complex, multi-partner projects, DCI offers education, resources, and events that will help you succeed.
DCI has a comprehensive library of tax increment financing and urban renewal resources, training, and connections. We also curate resources from our partners to share templates, tools, and guides that will expand your capacity to Get It Done!
In addition to TIF resources, DCI's Colorado Challenge Accelerator Program is a technical assistance program that provides extended resources for redevelopment of opportunity sites in your downtown through 1-on-1 support, community capacity tracking, webinars, and workshops.
